The website is provided by Arizo bv, with registered office at Antwerpsebaan 1 Bus 3, 2040 Antwerp, and registered under company number 0836.661.028.
Arizo bv takes the processing of your personal data very seriously and guarantees appropriate protection in accordance with the most recent national and international legislation on the matter.

2. What personal data do we collect?

You do not need to provide any personal data simply to visit or use the website.
When you fill in the contact form, we collect the following personal data:

your e-mail address;
The ‘subject’ and ‘message’ you enter in the contact form are not considered by us to be personal data unless this subject or message contains information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
If you fill in one of the requests under ‘Order online’ on the website, we collect the following personal data:
your name;
the contact person’s e-mail address;
telephone number if it is a personal telephone number.
The other data you enter on the online order forms are not considered personal data by us, as they relate solely to company data and not to an identified or identifiable natural person.
However, as long as the aforementioned non-personal data are linked to personal data, they are also treated as personal data.
2.2. Personal data collected automatically
The website uses cookies, in particular for Google Analytics, Google Tagmanager, Facebook, Facebook Pixel, Youtube, Instagram and WPML.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. User data including your IP address, your geographical location, your browser type, the duration of your visit, the pages you visit and the time spent per page, patterns regarding the frequency and timing of your visits, etc. are automatically collected by Google Inc. during your visit.
Google Tag Manager is a tag management system which, like Google Analytics, is provided by Google Inc. Tags, i.e. small fragments of website code, are placed on the website and are also used to collect user data as listed above.
The cookies that may be placed by Facebook, Instagram, the Facebook pixel and YouTube when using the website are analytical tools that make it possible to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and to gain insight into visitors’ user data and the actions these visitors perform on the website, with a view to targeted future Facebook advertisements and reaching valuable Instagram and YouTube users respectively.
WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin) is a plugin that allows a WordPress website such as this one to be made multilingual and that remembers your language preference.

Insofar as personal data are provided to Arizo bv by third parties, Arizo bv ensures that these third parties have obtained permission to provide these personal data.
3. Why do we collect your personal data and what do we do with them?
3.1. Personal data you provide to us
The processing of your personal data as listed under 2.1 of this privacy statement is necessary so that we can:
contact you in a targeted manner;
provide you with the service you requested via ‘online ordering’.
3.2. Personal data collected automatically
The purpose of collecting your data mentioned under 2.2 of this privacy statement is to make the website easier to use, to offer you more targeted advertisements on Facebook and to provide you with more relevant content on Instagram and YouTube.
The (personal) data automatically collected via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are stored by Google Inc. on servers in the United States and processed by them. In this respect, we refer to Google’s privacy statement. Google may disclose this collected data to third parties if Google is legally required to do so or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Once anonymised and compiled into statistics, the data processed by Google are used by us to analyse the use and efficiency of the website and to assess the effect of online advertising and social channels, in order to optimise our services to you and further improve the website’s ease of use.
The (personal) data automatically collected by Facebook, the Facebook pixel and Instagram is stored on servers of Facebook Inc. in the United States. The (personal) data automatically collected by YouTube is stored on servers of Google Inc. in the United States. Facebook and Google process this information and share it with third parties. The information obtained is used by Facebook and Google to offer you more targeted advertisements when using Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and to provide you with more relevant content when using these social media. 3.3. Disclosure to third parties and direct marketing
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, with the exception of data disclosed to any technical service providers of Arizo bv (for example subcontractors) in order to enable the delivery of the services offered on the website.
We always ensure that the service providers to whom we provide your data handle your personal data in an equally correct and responsible manner as Arizo bv.
Your personal data will in no way be used by Arizo bv for direct marketing purposes.

The website contains a button to promote or share the website or pages of the website on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. These buttons are implemented using code supplied by Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn themselves. When used, this code may place a cookie (see Cookie Statement).

5. How long we keep your personal data
The personal data obtained is kept by Arizo bv in its mailbox for as long as necessary to contact you in a targeted manner. It is then archived digitally for an indefinite period.
If the personal data are transferred to the software system of Arizo bv for the purpose of continuing a commercial relationship with the customer concerned, these personal data are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and also thereafter. They are only deleted at the explicit request of the customer.
