Modern quality laboratory

Our in-house laboratory specialises in the analysis of gases and vapours. We use innovative techniques such as TD-GC/MS, CIA-HDS, TO-15+, TO-17 and FTIR that enable us to measure accurately a wide range of volatile chemical substances.

Our lab works according to the strict quality standards of ISO17025.

Expanding gas measurements with new substances

Our lab is an extra asset for gas measurements in containers. The R.A.CH.E.L. method (FTIR) is based on the substances we have measured in containers to date.

When a substance is not yet known, our lab (TD-GC/MS) quickly determines which substance it is and we further extend the R.A.CH.E.L. method. As a result, the container can be handled quickly and the chance of a container being wrongly rejected decreases day by day.

Single sample for complete exposure measurement

We use innovative techniques such as TO-15+ and CIA-HDS to determine total exposure to all volatile organic compounds with a single sample and analysis. For example, no additional sampling or analysis is needed for substances such as formaldehyde or ethylene oxide.

Development of new products and techniques

A key task of our in-house laboratory is the validation of new products and services such as our DIY VOC measurements, the R.A.CH.E.L. method and our Smart CO2 meter.
